APPLICATION
Used for bright quenching, annealing, and tempering of all kind of alloy steels, tools steel, die steel, high-speed steel, ball bearing steel, spring steel, stainless steel, or for brazing and sintering.
DESCRIPTION
Better capacity of controlling distortion. It has one chamber horizontal structure, with internal-cycling high-speed cooling system. Heating zone has two structures, one is graphite tube heating element and carbon fabric heat-insulated screens, the other is molybdenum band heating element and metal heat-insulated screens. The highest cooling gas pressure is from 1 bar to 10 bars. Convection heating at low temperature. It has quickly heating with constant temperature multistage quenching, better capacity of controlling distortion. It adopts automatic proceeding, multipoint safety-protecting system with alerting and locking.
